We certainly can and we prefer to.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

Yes, you will be required to review the lease agreement prior to acceptance.
Do you sell real estate too?

I do, and I would be happy to help you with any of your real estate goals.
How and when do I get my checks?

We distribute funds directly to our landlords accounts, on the 1st, or 15th of each month.
How is rent collection handled?

Rent is collected by ach directly to our account.

Who holds the tenant security deposit?

We hold tenant security deposits in our trust account.
