Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, you must apply prior to us holding any of our available units.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Yes.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years of age.
Is the deposit refundable?

Your deposit is refundable and is held as security until your lease term is up. We will review the condition of your unit within 5 days of your move out to determine if any repairs are needed. If there are needed repairs they will be deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be sent to you.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Apply with us online through our tenant portal.
How do I pay rent?

You can pay cash, check, or a direct wire.
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
